All his articles are. Bookmark his site and go through the archives. It's fascinating reading and probably the best record of what the day-to-day for the boots on the ground, was/is like.

Whenever he sends out his email to the faithful, announcing a new post, the servers usually take a pretty good beating for a day or two. I almost never get in on the first go around and have to wait until the next day.

Mosul is more peaceful areas in Iraq - not even part of Anbar province. Mosul is up north - northwest of Kirkuk - near a spot where Turkey, Syria and Iraq all meet. Mosul is the city that General Petrais and the 101st Airborne first occupied and that was peaceful beccause Petrais all but stole money to instigate planning for the peace.

But look at Mosul now. Even Mosul is ... well "Mission Accomplished".
