Snow Should Gradually Taper Off During The Late Afternoon And Early Evening Hours.

Storm Totals Of 3 To 6 Inches Are Expected By Thursday Evening In Most Areas. Locally Higher Amounts Of Up To 8 Inches May Occur Across The Northern Tier Counties Of Pennsylvania... Especially Where Any Heavier Snow Bands Set Up.

mmmm... 4 to 8" @ 1 to 2" per hour. The schools are all closing because of the timing of the thing.

When I got to work at 5:30 (am), it hadn't started yet. When I turned the driveway it was pure white as was the main parking lot. They'd laid down at least a quarter inch of rock salt.
