On page 82 of February issue. Never heard of this trick, but don't think it'll fly.
"If the previous suggestions fail to resolve the problem, we advise the reader to reinstall Outlook Express. He can do so by opening the Start menu, selecting Run, typing sfc /scannow in the Open field, and clicking OK. He should follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process. When the reinstall is complete, he should reboot the PC and check for email again to see if he can now send and receive email messages."
