Oooh--did you know Neil Gaiman has a blog?
or that you can read his currently Hugo- nominated short story,
How to Talk To Girls at Parties. Cool! Haven't read it yet, though, so I can't give an opinion on the story.

Yeah, I've been reading it for a year or so now.
That story is pretty good. I'm glad I didn't read it until I was solidly a Gaiman fan though, as it seems a bit amateurish. I think the flush, adolescent tone is intentional but that doesn't keep my stomach from turning a bit. |

with a name like that, I think it has to be intentional. I put it on my to-read this.
Have you read Monster Island, a serial zombie novel by David Wellington ? (only on-topic 'cause it's a free read)

I haven't read that, but it's on my agenda now. John Scalzi has a free book. Also, speaking of free: Hitchhiker's Guide radio shows are fabulous.
