My newest attempt at artisan bread

TA DAAAA!

Simplest bread I ever made, hardly any kneading. I bought the book by this guy: http://www.sullivanstreetbakery.com/ and the recipes are easy to follow and produce quality breads.

Here are 4 shots of it from the other day; the last one being our nosh before the main course. We sat outside as the weather was great, it was a nice date with my wife.

That looks fantastic!

There was a 24 hour bread recipe passed around the Cellar a few years ago. Is this similar?
