fashion advice
Hello y'all!
 I need some advice from you guys. I'm thinking of sewing this dress to go to a wedding and wonder if I can pull it off. I'm 4'9" and planning to wear a four inch heel shoes. Someone said I'm too short and the dress will make me look even shorter. So I thought I'd get second opinions. Be honest but not too mean.
