Looking good, Ibram! I'm starting to get a better sense of the overall picture (I think) you're trying to convey. The haircut and earrings are nice. What kind of job is it you're interviewing for? I'd switch the jeans out for khaki slacks, at least. Everyone has to be stiff and uncomforable in a job interview.
