Philly decided to make their fleet of recycling trucks more noticeable, to promote the program.
The city already had a bunch of kids involved in the
Mural Arts Program, so they hooked them up with the The Design Center at Philadelphia University's collection of 19th & early 20th century textile designs.
Shazam, next time somebody gets run over by one of these, the news footage will make the city look much nicer.
