The big story here is rain. Rain and wind.
Early mornings are a problem for drivers because of black ice. When everywhere is snow and ice people drive carefully. But that hidden slick that suddenly takes the wheels is a killer.
Mainly though it's rain. And wind.
Not so terrible up here in the northern hills, but the poor buggers down south and on the coast are having a very rough time.
