My reaction when I saw this pic on tv was one of anger.

Here in Oregon, we often see pics like this after big storms, of
farm animals left in the pastures, that eventually flood.
It's like no one ever saw that same field flooded before... yeah sure.

Didn't the company have enough drivers to tell each to take a cab and drive it to high ground ?
Didn't the farmer/rancher care enough about the animals to move their herd to safety ?

Somehow, I get the idea that having insurance is a lose/lose situation.
