You’ve seen many news stories that start off, or at least contain, “a Florida man”.
Well this time it’s a Florida boy, and he must have been mortified when they mentioned his “little Willie”.

These days he’d probably get his patches torn off and drummed out of the troop on a bicycle sitting backward
for risking the reputation of the organization. You know, if something bad happened one of the million mothers,
or some other group, would blame the scouts because of his attire even if they weren’t in any way involved.
