I've had one since March 17, 1999. It changed my life, I became more active and that compensated for the increased appetite. I sleep on my side and have never had a problem. I have a ResMed C-PAP with a humidifier. Just remember to use only distilled water, and wipe out the tank periodically, change the filter weekly, and that's about it.
