I didn't actually see the picture on Flickr, I saw it on another site (that I lost the link to
), that said it came from Flickr. On tsibley's Flickr link the name of the photographer is pinoyphotog, which makes me believe it's probably the Philippines or S.E. Asia. That would fit the architecture too.
