She could have sent her youngest daughter to any of 35 different elementary schools and could have sent her oldest daughter to any of 11 different middle schools.... she just choose not to. As far as "detectives", it was not until this woman was caught red handed, but refused to admit to what she had done and basically told the district "Prove It". Well, they did and she ended up with a pair of felony convictions on her record.
