What I'd like to know is where in the hell do they (whoever "they" are) come up with the names for drinks.
I'm sitting in my local saloon and I heard the following drink ordered -
"A Cunt Pump"

Tomato Juice
Double shot of Vodka
Spoonful of French Mustard
Dash of Lime
Not Mixed
Served with an unused tampon as umbrella
