No, it's a photograph of the falls. The panel on each side I added because if I made the picture the full 12 inches it would be too damn long and I didn't want to crop the length any further. However I'm aware that for people using anything other than vBulletin 3 style large white areas can be jarring so I toned them down a little. Sorry for the confusion.
