A hundred meters of hose plus the hose for moving around down there getting tangled up can be a pain in the ass, it is on land. Also you don't want to push water through the tools so some sort of block to keep it out when the tool is idle. The water pressure at 100 meters is something like 170 so the air would be fighting that to exit unless a second hose took it back up.
