No, but one or both of my parents does, so I could swipe theirs if needed without going through the whole order-online-and-wait thing.

Smallest to largest, because that's how I stack them as they come out of the mailbox.

God, I hope so.

I feel like Musk would be easier to distract and redirect. Zuckerberg seems more stubborn for the sake of it.
