At first glance I thought it was London, until I noticed that they were driving on the wrong side of the road.

Having looked at Mulberry Street on Street View, it would probably still be recognisable to any of those souls pictured. I haven't managed to find the exact location, as it is a very long road.

If any Dwellar has the inclination, and time, to pin down the exact spot, please post. Ta!
