Something like that, yeah. Probably starts at a little less, because minimum wage is like, somewhere around $5.25 down here. Of course, being Oschner, they might pay a little more.

I just had to put this here because I couldn't believe they actually said "Able to read proficiently enough to understand work schedules, policies & procedures, labels & signs"

Everyone has access to school. There's no reason nowadays to be illiterate. Literacy should be an assumption--after all, if you can read the damned help-wanted notice, the question would be moot.
