No, I just looked at all the grants for Dance from 2015 to 2017, and they don't give out that much money. Most grants are $10,000. Biggest grant was $100,000, for an opera re-staging.
They only gave Martha Graham $80,000 - so a buncha frogs ain't gitten our tax money I assure you
