It went well!
Which was very gratifying - and also an immense relief because I made the nearly fatal decision to partake in a smoke that was going round, and it collided with the alcohol I'd consumed and left me feeling, about an hour before speeches and poetry readings, like I was about to white out completely.
Fortunately I was over the worst of it by the time I had to try and act like a functioning human being :p
Mr and Mrs J liked it
That's the most important thing. Lot of other people also seemed to like it - that's a very nice bonus
