Spot on =)
The lip to the edge was intentional but I was doing this
sans tripod, the bigger issue though is the little nikon4300 has very, very few manual settings making precise control impossible, including depth of field, it needs to be a little longer for some shots and shorter for others. Sooooooooo cannot wait till decent gear arrives.
With the dandelion I'm not sure if the one in-focus blade helps the composition or not to be honest, I might go back and play with a few of these in photoshop cropping wise and see what comes out.
