I'm guessing the stall at Leeds Food Festival was very much Anglicised, as I didn't see any of the yummy dishes you photograph for us. I've still yet to eat Vietnamese food (as opposed to Vietnamese-style food), but this wasn't the right place to start.
The man leaving the stall apologised to me for getting in the way of my photo.
Bless him, it's his stall!
