Well, I figure I'm covered in the event of a nuclear war since I live close enough to Norad to take one of the first hits. It is my hope that I will have enough time to grab a lawn chair and a bottle of wine and watch the first big explosion until I too become nothing more than a cloud of radio-active ions dancing in the atmosphere.

That would be one HELL of a Light show !!!!!!


We got prepaired a few years ago when they were talking about that a big quake on the NewMadrid fault was due . We loaded a few easyly grabable tupperware boxes with dyr goods , beans ,ramen noodles, koolaid , first aid stuff etc,,,,, oh and for a multi purpuse sorce of Alcahol a big bottle of PGA ( pure grain alcahol ) , you can clean wounds with it , or mix it with kool aid to drink or make a molitov cocktail for a weapon . We keep the camping stuff all in one place , and we discussed some evecuation planes ( where to go if the shit goes down ) .
