Unfortunately it is necessary so that responsible powers finally take responsibility for their region. The region is full of incompetents include leaders in Iraq and Afganistan approved of by a George Jr administration. And other nations who are now learning from Obama what their responsiblities are. Saudi Arabia, in particular, was angry about this until the new King took over.
