standard procedure? I was picturing how it might be interesting to have a tell-all article "My life as an official measurer." If it was a talented writer, I bet it could be amusing and interesting. Much like the pawnshop thread. So many questions, like how do you make them erect? Does the patient have to do that themselves, or is there some Penthouse Forum style process involving attractive nurses? And how erect is erect? Does a semi count? I imagine patients going to get measured because they are self conscious about their size might also have other issues like erectile dysfunction. There has to be a standard. It there an official bath towel they use to hang off of it? If it can't hold the towel, you can't measure it yet?
