It's a fun toy, but it's more difficult than you would expect to find interesting stuff to look at. Most stuff is boring under magnification. And the thing is attached to the computer with a 2-3 foot cord, so it's not something you would want to carry around into the outdoors, even with a laptop. Also, the shutter button is on the side of the microscope, and when you press it, the whole thing vibrates a little, making stuff more blurry. I'm going to try doing a screen grab next. What keystroke combination does a screen shot of the active window? ctrl-Prnt Screen? Something like that, I think. That would eliminated the movement from the shutter button.
