We know the issues with this one. They can get rooted for now.
Customer contacted me this morning and said the cake was dry. Don't know why. That particular cake normally gets rave reviews. I have offered a refund.
It was supposed to be red velvet. Easy fix for that. I made them a dozen red velvet cupcakes. All's well that ends well.
All in all, a very shit week cake wise, and the rest of my life this week has been even worse.
I now have to go to a family christmas gathering when all I want to do is curl up and give up.
