I know right? I consent to background checks in my job search and they ask me "have you ever been on report?" and I'm sure I look up and to the left and stammer "um..no, no, of course not, why would I ever be on report...why would you even ask me that?" as I desperately hope these reports don't show up on the background check. I'm not applying for POPE, here, people, why should it matter if I've ever been on report?
