This came up in the screenful of videos at the end of Sarge's skeet shooting vid.

It's the late Tom Knapp, skeet shooter/paid Benelli fanboy/shotgun trickshot artist extraordinaire. These are pretty old clips, he was much more entertaining in his later years, imho.
