Are you still losing weight, Foot? I'm going to use you as an inspiration to change my diet to help my lose weight. I've joined a "run a mile a day" challenge, so I've been jogging daily, with the exception of 5 or 6 days last week. I've managed to join 30-40 mins everyday but still am not losing weight.
