The turkey tenderloins, when I'm carving the turkey for Thanksgiving/Christmas. And of course I'll have tasted the gravy, like UT said.
At non-holidays ... raw veggies. Cheese (Manchego, pleeze). And a glass of wine (I always cook with wine; sometimes I even put some in the food!).
