Accounting firms are pretty conservative. Unless you've been given the distinct impression that this is some sort of hip young startup kind of place, I wouldn't think they'd appreciate the humor. Hell, it probably violates sexual harassment policies just to let the sales people watch it.
I'd personally go with more of a "typical" sales video like the kind they'll be asking you to make. It will be boring, but corporate types eat that shit up.
