Most definitely. I don't feel like digging the article up, but a guy in New York was prosecuted for using a pair of scissors to remove his young daughters outer labia.

This is a fucked up time at the Cellar I think, not in a bad way per se. I don't know much of the long term history of the Cellar but here we are discussing some of the most alarming things going on in the world.

Suicide bombers, genital mutilation, declining freedoms, lying gov't here and abroad, the benefits of bombing the shit out of other cultures...
