Thanks for the trail. It looks good, while being quite emphatically foreign.
So many cuisines I have never sampled.
Funny that food from the Indian subcontinent is more familiar with me than European food. In the same way I am pretty much down with Southern European food but would be all at sea in Switzerland.

You're making me want to eat!
