Yeah, I was going to say it might not even be a spider bite, it might be a spread of the fungal infection from the toes. You'll need to coat those suckers with Tinactin every day for quite awhile to get that under control. A doc could give you something stronger, but given the kind of luck you've had with physicians, maybe it's better to just stick with the over-the-counter anti-fungals...
