After two weeks, you would have far worse necrosis if it were a dangerous spider like a brown recluse or black widow. It looks like whatever the biter was, it isn't dangerous. There is no sign of tissue death or infection. You will probably eventually fight off the venom but it will take time.
If you see redness or swelling, or any pustule forming, see a doctor asap.
Oh, and have something done about that fungal infection! Yikes!
