not really it's an open meeting.. I was just calling upon you because you are the first in line on the chain of command.. my dad was a sergeant in the army and I with this Obama Care sweeping the net I thought it was important to at-least bring up the idea of a security council so maybe more people might try it.. my grandfather was a Cornell in WW2 so I tend to think military a-lot.. farthest I ever got was private in jrotc
