there's a scripture in the bible it says something to the extint of this..
"many are called few are chosen"
and another...
"work out your own salvation with fear and trembeling"
so I would magine that if dahmer had really done it the right way that his mind would be renewend and he would have made better choices...
just becaue you follow all the steps to get "saved" dosen't mean your saved you have to wait for gods timeing and it's got to be heart felt...
