Have been taking this for 3 weeks, as I have arthritis in all my joints, and feet. Happy to say that the swelling is gone and I can see my knee joints once again. Especially with all the f-----g humidity we've had, it's been a godsend. Fairly pricey but at least the side effects aren't going to harm me, as other prescription medications could.
