Oh, it's far, far, too late to bring up any concerns about grossness on The Cellar. Between the Shower Peeing thread and the Nose Picking thread, I don't think you need to worry about this one.
The "conventional wisdom" is that the second trimester is a very, very horny time.
My wife was one of those whose "morning sickness" extended for most of the day, and continued for pretty much the entire pregnancy rather than tapering off after the first few weeks. So the conventional wisdom was pretty much out the window. I spent the first pregnancy reliving my bachelor days (hanging out at the mall and seeing movies--I tell you, I'm a wild man!!!) and the second amusing our daughter so she'd stay out of my wife's hair while my wife was tossing her cookies.
As to how to deal with your situation...umm... jeez, man, do we have to draw you a picture??
