I wonder if he's any relation to Angel Ortiz, the Philadelphia city councilman who was caught driving for ten years without a license.

Imagine the irony if he was.

P.S. The article says 25 years, not the 10 I had previously heard. 25 years without having to keep a license or possibly even carry insurance, in one of the most expensive cities for auto insurance in the country. Apparently, it's good to be the king.
