Are your 6 partitions formated and setup as disk drives D:, E:, F:, etc? Or is any partition unformated and available for data storage?

You can use sophisticated partitioning software to enlarge a partition. But my experience is that sometimes it causes data loss. IOW I would never do that without backing up the data elsewhere.

Use Windows help to locate and execute Disk Manager. To provide a better description of what you have BEFORE discussing what can be changed.
