we've always worked to a 5 year plan .. hence the blog name The PlanŽ - however it always seems to be a constantly evolving thing - sometimes things go just the way we meant them to, but more often than not something weird / unexpected happens that sends us down ... not so much a new direction, just rather a twist in the path ....
