Walked a mile to warm up, then ran three and shaved another 10 seconds off my personal best, then walked a mile cool down, then hit the pool -5 lap (10 length) warm up, sprint 400 (under 10 minutes) and 5 lap cool down. then when i got home (after climbing a ladder to get the icile lights off the garage roof), i went out on my bike
