Whenever I see something like this I become more and more certain that a terrorist's motives have nothing to do with a "cause."
These are thugs that enjoy killing and maiming. Any higher brain function is only incidental. And when your terrorists come from within your own country, it must be twice as devestating. We in America have the luxury of being able to "profile" the terrorists that want us dead. Our local loonies aren't well-organized enough to pull this kind of thing off.
