Haven't seen white eggs here for years.
I only ever use brown. Not by choice, just as I've said above.

I have to adjust American recipes because we (my family) generally buy freerange large eggs, and the recipes are calculated on medium. Also IMHO the yolks are better in freerange - when A from school gifts me some eggs I save them for scrambled eggs or omelettes, they're so rich!
