Still haven't picked a brewery name. I've been doing a lot of market research and working on a biz plan. I think, after doing the market research, that I need to build up a solid financial cushion before I embark on this. Unless there are investors with mad loot who want to do this. Crowd funding was also a thought.
In the meantime, I will brew beer on the weekends.
