We had come in the back way of a familiar building to attend a meeting on the third floor.

On our way out, as we were retracing our twists and turns, we came upon a corridor that seemed to go on for a lot longer than was possible.

The end wall was decorated with this painting of a garden path. I think you can tell from the image that the perspective is just right to make you think it goes on beyond the wall on which it is painted.
